What the travel clinic covers

Our pharmacist-led travel clinic starts with a risk assessment based on your destination, itinerary, activities and medical history. From there we'll recommend the right protection for your trip, which may include:

Travel vaccinations appropriate to your destination (for example, protection against hepatitis A, typhoid and other travel-related diseases)
Advice on malaria prevention and antimalarial options
General travel health advice — food and water safety, insect bite avoidance, travelling with medicines, and more

Please note: yellow fever vaccination is not currently available at our pharmacies.

When to book

Ideally, book your travel consultation at least 4–6 weeks before departure, as some vaccination courses need multiple doses spaced over several weeks. Travelling sooner? Still get in touch — there's often worthwhile protection we can provide even at short notice.
