I am always greeted with a smile no matter which member of staff I am speaking to. The staff are all very knowledgeable and happy to give advice. It was previously a Boots chemist and there has been no drop off in customer service, in fact quite the contrary. The pharmacy provides a very good much needed service for the town and I know that the staff have earned and deserve appreciation and respect for providing such an important service.
